  • Program Objectives

    1. To develop knowledge, abilities, and dispositions with regard to teaching techniques, curriculum design, and assessment practices for informed decision-making in the classroom.
    2. To enhance proficiency in teaching, learning, and professional development.
    3. To interact with the school and community for incorporating modern trends in education system.
    4. To gain adequate insight into the ground realities of school and classrooms through their research projects.
    5. To bring a positive attitude in classroom and understanding of plurality of cultures and develop the habit of inquiry into practice

    Program Learning Outcomes

    After the completion of the program, the following outcomes will be achieved:

    Structure of Scheme

    - General Courses: 30 Credit Hours
    - Major Courses: 75 Credit Hours
    - Interdisciplinary Courses: 12 Credit Hours
    - Teaching Practice: 12 Credit Hours
    - Internship: 3 Credit Hours
    - Capstone Project: 3 Credit Hours
    - Total: 135 Credit Hours

    Eligibility:

    • --> l B.Ed 4 Years/ BS in Education/ B.Ed 1.5 with MA/MSc. in any subject/ B.Ed 2.5 with BA/BSc./ M.Ed/ MA Education/ MA EPM.

    • --> l GAT-General Test (at least 50% score)/ Admission Test of AU (at least 60% score). This must be passed before admission.

    • --> l Candidates will appear for an interview for the purpose of final selection.
