A delegation from the Balochistan Education Endowment Fund (BEEF), led by Mr. Mohsin Qadeer, Team Leader of the Scholarship Scheme, recently visited Air University Islamabad Campus. Mr. Umair Ahmad, Deputy Director of Financial Operations and Business Development warmly welcomed and briefed the delegation on AU's infrastructure across its campuses in Islamabad, Multan, Kamra, and Kharian. The purpose of the visit was Orientation of the newly launched scholarship scheme "Out of Province Scholarship" scheme. The delegation sought to meet Balochistan students at AU, collaborating on formulating a policy for better understanding the scholarship program. The team included Mr. Muhammad Awais Kasi, Mr. Dawood Khan, and Mr. Syed Israr. During the visit, the delegation met with Air Commodore (Retd) Abdul Wahab Motla, Registrar of Air University, and Mr. Harris Imtiaz Hanfi, Director Finance. They congratulated AU for securing the 3rd position among Pakistani Universities in the Times Higher Education World University Ranking. Deputy Registrar Mr. Amjad Mahmood highlighted AU's transparent mechanism for scholarship programs, ensuring support for needy students based on merit. The commitment reflects AU's dedication to inclusivity and providing opportunities for deserving individuals. The AU team proposed additional collaboration opportunities to enhance Balochistan students' strengths, fostering academic growth and success beyond AU. The event facilitated constructive discussions on collaboration and support for Balochistan students at Air University.
